Varsity Hunt

After missing the Crepe City event last sunday because every train that went the route we needed wasn't running for whatever reason...I'm still on the hunt for the perfect varsity. No luck so far but maybe the Stussy sample sale this weekend could be the place to get it. Anyway online I've found a few new varsity jackets that i would definitely get...If I had the money.

Kid Cudi ft Kanye West- Erase Me

I literally just listened to half of this song about 1 minuet ago and I was confused to what I was listening to. I think busted just died and entered Kid Cudi's body. He sounded like he walked into the recording studio with some crapy producers and they all got totally pissed and recorded a shitty american rock song. I dont mind Kid Cudi and I had high hopes for the song especially with Kanye on the track but within a few seconds I wanted to kill my self with a diseased needle that was used a guitar pick in that song.

Drake.

To be honest in my opinion, Drake is kinda shit.

A lot of people will hate me when I say he sounds like a cat being slowly heated up in a microwave. But I don't want to fall into that Yeezy spider nest full of 'young rich boy wannabes'. Some say he can right a good tune, but I don't hear it. He just hasn't got that raw flow, that some new rappers obtain, i.e J.Cole, Wale and B.O.B

Rich boy rappers such as Big Sean only rap about Money, I know they cant really rap about much else considering they probably didn't grow up in the ghetto so they cant write lyrics about stolen cars and drive by's but guys rapping about how rich they are and all the bling they have just sounds like they have as much ego as Tom Cruise's head.

Banksy Strikes Again.

Not too long after airing his now famous opening credits to the Simpsons, he was back to London with 3 new pieces. Each of his latest pieces all link to pop-culture, Banksy makes references to; Keith Harrings Dog, Futurama Robot Bender and The Clashes album cover of London Calling.

ALIFE X STEVIE WILLIAMS EVERYBODY HI AMERICA

Alife didn't just have to go and do a collaboration with Stevie Williams, most defiantly in my top 5 list of skaters.

To be honest the colours are not actually that amazing and they could of chosen a different model of Alife to work with, but the little signature on the toe-box of the shoe just does it for me, it really completes the shoe. I think the shoe could of been made out of mustard tweed and I still would have bought them.

10 Deep mixer plaid

Both Gandhi and Jesus taught that violence is never the answer and both Jesus and Gandhi got their asses handed to them almost everyday. 10 Deep however, teach that we must "go hard or go home" and so you know the brand is a brand worth following. One thing i love about 10 Deep is the fact that they create clothing like no other street wear brand does and their Mixer Plaid shirts are a prime example. Mixer Plaid shirts are there own fashion statement and because of their brassy mix of fabrics you either love them or hate them. This season 10 Deep have brought out another Mixer Plaid shirt which features three different styles of plaid and a contrasting (if it can get an more contrasting) black front pocket to round it all off. If these shirts are your thing as they are mine, grab yourself this patchwork beauty from 10 Deep at your nearest 10 Deep retailer.
